Orders and payment

Submitting is a request to purchase. No payment is taken on this website. We contact you to confirm the items, availability, shipping or local pickup, final price, and payment arrangements. Shipping rates and any applicable taxes are discussed before you pay.

Information you provide

We collect your name, email, requested items or project details, and any optional phone, shipping area, colors, and notes you provide. We use these to respond to your request and discuss your order. Do not send payment card information through these forms.

Form delivery

The shop forwards your request through Floot’s built-in email service (Amazon SES) to tarsforgeshop@gmail.com. Delivery-status records are kept for 30 days. Your request also appears in our business inbox so we can respond and arrange your order. Read Floot’s privacy information.

Your browser

Your basket and effect preference are stored locally in your browser between visits. This does not create a customer account. A request summary is stored temporarily in your browser tab to show after submission. Fonts are hosted with this website.

Website hosting and visitor statistics

Floot hosts this website and provides visitor statistics. Its tracker records the page path, referring website, browser information, language, time-zone-derived country, and a random session identifier. It does not send your page query string, hash, or IP address in these statistics. The session identifier may be stored in your browser for 30 minutes. Order form details are delivered separately through Floot’s email service.
